A ChatGPT share link, a pasted conversation, a stray thought. Right now it’s ordered by date and buried in scroll.
Concepts, decisions, actions, open questions. Every key idea becomes a node; themes cluster on their own.

Capture a thought and, with AI assist on, Mindlify proposes where it connects in what you've already mapped. Mindlify a second conversation into the same mindspace and it attaches to what is there: a question you typed becomes the parent of the answer you pasted, a new theme hangs under the hub it continues, and a paste about something else stays its own constellation rather than being forced in. Add through a connected assistant and it can link new ideas to the thoughts already there rather than creating a duplicate. The map grows as one thing, not as a stack of separate imports.
The map shows how ideas fit together: thoughts cluster by theme, connections show what depends on what, and you can zoom from the big picture to any single insight. Each dot is a full thought, not a chat title. Click one and its note opens beside the map, with when you captured it, what it connects to, and, when it came from a link, the way back to the source.
Soft cap
captured Aug 12 · edited 2 days ago
A flat tier with a generous included quota, then transparent overage only for the few power users who go past it. Most teams never touch the cap.
Frame it as fairness, not restriction: unlimited members, fair-use AI calls.
You didn't plan it, but your AI chats cluster around 4-5 core interests. Mindlify reveals that structure, auto-grouping related knowledge into visual clusters with labeled themes you can rename and explore.
"What did I decide about pricing tiers?" Ask any mindspace in plain language. The answer comes only from what you captured, never from the wider internet, and every thought it used lights up on the canvas so you can open it in one click. When your map doesn't cover something, Mindlify says so — and offers to keep the question as an open node, so the gap becomes the next thing you learn.
Need the exact word instead? Full-text search still spans every thought in every mindspace, word order and endings included.
What did we decide on tiers?
A Hybrid model: predictable base tiers with a Soft cap on usage. Next step is to Quote Pro+; enterprise waits.

Keep as open questionEvery new chat starts from zero — unless it doesn't. Mindlify is an MCP server: connect your assistant once — Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or any MCP-capable agent — and it can search everything you've ever mapped, save new ideas mid-conversation, and link them to what you already know. Your context stops evaporating when the chat ends, and every thought an assistant adds shows up on the map, where you can correct, connect, or prune it yourself.

That's a great framing — save it to Mindlify and link it to my pricing notes.
Saved “Value-based tiers” to your Product universe and connected it to 2 pricing thoughts.
You've explored hundreds of topics with ChatGPT and Claude, and the useful parts are scattered across threads. Map them once, and the next question starts from what you already worked out instead of from zero.
Debugging sessions, architecture calls, code reviews with AI. Map them into one place, then ask it later: what did we decide about caching, and why? The answer cites your own notes.
Literature reviews, hypotheses, methodology debates. Keep findings, evidence, and open questions connected, and see where your understanding still has gaps.
Pricing, positioning, customer calls. Every strategic conversation lands in the same map, so the next one, with you or your assistant, picks up the context instead of rebuilding it.
If you've ever scrolled through your AI chat history thinking "I know I asked about this..." you're our people.

Share your ChatGPT conversation (ChatGPT has a 'Share' button that creates a link), paste the link into Mindlify, and AI extracts every key concept, insight, and idea as individual nodes, then connects them. The whole process takes about 10 seconds.
Yes. You can paste share links from ChatGPT, or paste conversation text directly from any AI tool: Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or anything else. If you can copy the text, Mindlify can extract the knowledge.
Chat history is chronological: a list of threads sorted by date. Mindlify is topological: a map of knowledge sorted by meaning. When you import 50 conversations, you don't get 50 separate items. You get one connected graph where ideas from different conversations link to each other.
Absolutely. Type thoughts directly, paste notes, import articles, anything. AI chats are just one input. Everything connects into the same knowledge map. Your original ideas will link to concepts from your AI conversations.
It shouldn't, if you keep one mindspace per project or subject. A second import into the same mindspace attaches to what's already there: new themes hang under the hub or open question they continue, and a paste about something else stays its own group. Related thoughts cluster under hub topics, and Tidy re-arranges the whole map in one click. The Free plan holds 5 mindspaces of 50 thoughts each; Premium removes the ceilings.
Yes. Mindlify is an MCP server, so you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable agent. Once connected, your assistant can search your thoughts, save new ideas mid-conversation, and organize your universes — you approve access once and can revoke it anytime. See mindlify.co/connect for setup.
No. Importing, the map, Ask, sharing, and export all work inside Mindlify on their own. Connecting an assistant is optional: it lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI search that same map and add to it mid-conversation.
Yes. Open Ask inside any mindspace and ask in plain language: "What did I decide about pricing?" The answer is built only from the thoughts in that mindspace, never from the wider internet, and every thought it used lights up on the canvas so you can open it. When your map doesn't cover the question, Mindlify says so and offers to keep it on the map as an open question. Ask works once a mindspace has at least 5 thoughts, and each question uses one AI assist.
Your knowledge is yours. We don't read your content, train models on it, or share it with anyone. Your imported conversations and thoughts are private by default.
Every account starts with 7 days of full Premium — unlimited mindspaces, unlimited AI, every feature — with no credit card. When it ends you land on the Free plan, forever: nothing is deleted, nothing turns off, your AI assistants stay connected, and the Free limits apply (5 mindspaces of 50 thoughts each). Upgrade whenever you want the ceilings gone.
Every conversation adds to the same map instead of starting a new one. Import the next chat and it connects to everything you already know.
