Terms of Service

Mindlify turns notes, documents, and AI conversations into visual knowledge maps you can edit, connect, and share. Some features use third-party AI models; others let external AI assistants act on your account with your authorization. We may improve or change features over time.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the personal access tokens you create. Keep tokens secret; anyone holding one can act on your data. You can revoke tokens at any time in Settings.

Your content belongs to you. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: hosting your content, processing it with the AI features you invoke, and displaying it to people you share it with. If you publish a mindspace publicly, you are authorizing public display and search indexing until you unpublish it.

Maps, summaries, and connections produced by AI features are suggestions generated from your input. They can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them; Mindlify is not a fact-checking service and does not verify claims in your source material.

Don’t use Mindlify to store or publish unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt unauthorized access to the service, or to resell the AI features as a raw API. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or impose unreasonable load.

Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails and is not resolved, your account returns to the free plan — your content is not deleted.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On deletion, your content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Mindlify is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If we change these terms materially, we will update the effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Questions: support@mindlify.co.
